Trying to back up Street Hoops...

I am trying to back up Street Hoops and would like to know what files I should delete and if anyone has successfully backed this game up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

the game is 5.05 GB large on my PC's hard drive and RecordNow Max will only put 4.3 GB on my DVD-R.
