newbie need help

I have a cendyn +/- drive and every time i try to burn a backup i get the error message image job untitled terminated with errors error -9 at sector 16 i have tried various types of media including maxell and none will work. I can create the gi file but not burn it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Is this with RecordNow Max? If so, what version? Is your drive set as master?

maybe wot you are trying to copy is damaged or protected, try to get another copy or look for a patch,

you never know it may just work
give it a go and let us know

it is version 4.5 with the newest px helper i dont think it is the game as i have tried others and gotten the same result. I dont know how to change my drive to master it is connected via a usb enclosure so it is essentially a external drive. if you could help me with getting the drive set as master that would be great.
