60 hz Vs 50 Hz

I have got a Pal Dc with utopia boot cd; someone told me that NTSC game are slower on my DC because they switch to 50hz.
Now, I have got a cdi image of an NTSC game.I converted it to iso and then I applied PAL 2 NTSC patch. NOw, which is the best tool to burn ISO file? and what settings I have to use?

Burn it with nero or cdrwin. Also, note that not all games need a patch, some don't switch to 50hz at all (Tony Hawk, SNK vs Capcom(JAP), among others). You can tell a game that is running in 50hz by small black borders at the top and bottom of the screen, and its also a bit flickery compared to 60hz. I'm very grateful for the 60hz patch, as it can make a HUGE difference to games. Games in 50hz run about 30% slower, and can make the difference between a game being playable or not, just check the difference it makes to Powerstone2, Virtua Tennis, and F355.
