In serious need of evox.ini help

I'm tring to play nba street 2 of the e:/ drive on the hd without booting through the pc. Could someone tell me whats wrong, or cut and paste mine so that it is correct, or at the very least ask me a constructive question so i can get this done. I would post the whole thing but they won't let me out that much up. Thank you ahead of time, because this sucks and i'm just tring to focus on one task at a time.
