Ripping Games
Hey, i don't have a ps2 with a chip that can play DVD-R yet and the only way i can do my back ups is by ripping the games.
It doesn't look like i'll ever be getting a new ps2 with a messiah 2. Not any time soon anyway. So can you tell me some tools i can use to rip ps2 games and put them onto CD-R

Don't mod it if you are already having reading problems. You can get a second hand laser, not sure what version ps2 you have, for around $50-$80. The only way to get a brand new laser is through Sony, which after all the costs isn't worth it. I personally don't like the idea of using a second hand laser, but that is just me. I would take out the Neo and sell it on ebay.

Sorry, should have been more specific. I meant sell the ps2. You can't sell mods on ebay. But if you want to keep it that is your decision.
