Question Multi-Chaptered dvd

Hi peeps
I have got a Beyblade dvd (for the kids honest lol) and when i attempted to back-up it seems to have 4 seperate chapters.
I am using dvd-decrypter to de-code the protection but it comes up with 7 pgc files of which only 4 are the film file (all about 21mins each) now how can i select all these files as unlike all the other films i have done have only had one main file, so obviously i am only getting 1 chapter at a time and if i try to do the next one it obviously wants to overwrite the previous file...i have tried moving the files to a seperate folder and re-naming the vob files but when i try writing the disc with (don't laugh ) nero it say's there is a conflict and certain files are not present.
When i de-crypt the seperate files i only get a vts.ifo file and a vob file and vts stream info file but all the files are 'named' the same.

Sorry about all the waffling but i am quite new to this and this is the first time i have come across a film with seperate chaptering like this and am totally stumped on how to do it?

\Many Thanks in advance

Decrypt the DVD with dvd Decrypter in file mode and select all files.

Then use DVD2One and select Full Disk backup and not movie only.

That should work.

I believe DVD Shrink does episode type DVD's as well.

Forgot to mention, use Nero to create the DVD.
