Only plays 1 music track on Dave Mirra's BMX, please help

Hey..
I got Dave Mirra's downloaded and I extracted it to a directory.Ran the unpack and in Inject program and then burnt it to a CD with DJ 2.0. Everything runs well, all music tracks have been burnt on the CD (I can play them in the DC Menu CD Player), but in-game, it will only ever play the first music track. This has become very annoying and I'd really like to know how I can get it to play the rest of the tracks.

The settings I used were:

Program: DJ 2.0
TOC:- CD-ROM
Mode:- Mode 1
Block:- 2336
Speed: 1x
Offset:- 0


Like I said everything works a treat except that it only ever plays the first Music Track, and I'm sure everything else worked perfectly (unpack and inject and the acctual burning of the game).

If anyone has had this problem, or if there's anyone with some info, I'de love to hear it , coz I'm damn sick of that first track :P
