Def Jam Vandetta
Hey I made a back up copy of def jam with my dvd drive with nero 5.5.10.20 I burned a copy on maxwell dvd+r I know there a ****y brand I just wanted to see if it worked when I started burning it asked if I wanted to burn as a multisession or not a multisession I choose to burn as a multisession and at 2.4x I put it in the ps2 v7 messiah2pro and it came up to browser screen it seen that there was a dvd+rw in there I press X to load up and it acted like it was going to load it went to a black screen and then back to the browser screen So I'm thinking maybe I should't have burned as a multisession or maybe I need better media anybody got any suggestions thanx

NEVER burn Multisession! Always close the disc after the write. Sure, you also need some better DVD-R ( but then again, you don't need me to tell you that, LOL
). Try to burn again but this time do NOT create a multisession disc. Also, if you find that you have trouble burning with Nero at any time, use RecordNow MAX - it's great!

If Ritek work fine then the problem is obviously the media. Ditch the Maxel and stick to Ritek.

If you have an earlier version PS2, like 1-4, then the -r is a much better choice and is probably what you need.
