Multi-Bios for X2 Pro no more?
I just read on a new tutorial from Xbox-scene.com that saids when flashing the X2 Pro chip(the new ones that are preflashed with Linux) to DO NOT use mixed bios:
http://www.system-mods.com/cgi-bin/p...iew=38&lang=en "SIDE NOTE: Make sure each bank says " Xecuter2_4976.02_MultiVer_256k.bin " (or whatever you bios file is called) -- DO NOT MIX 256KB BIOS FILES, USE THE SAME ONE! THE PICTURE IS JUST AN EXAMPLE! REPEAT DO NOT MIX TWO OR MORE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BIOS FILES!" Isn't that one of the biggest adventages of using the X2 Pro chip? I was planning on using Evolution X and Nexgen(when it comes out) as two of the bios. Has anyone else had this problem with the X2 pro or has anyone successfully used multi-bios on the chip? -Darin

If you could flash 4 different BIOSes on that mod, how would you enable one over the other? How do you choose between the four? Do you set something up in the evox.ini?

X2-PRO comes with a set off switches on the external program port, you set the switches to chouse wich bios to boot from.
I have 4 difrent bios on my X2-Pro and all work fine
