Metal Gear

It seems as though Metal Gear is 6.4 GB. I tried patching it and then ISOing but it still won't boot. Any thoughts on this game? Thanks.

The game will only be run if you rip it and run it from the HD of the Xbox. As far as i know nobody has downsampled it so it will fit on a 4.7Gb Dvd-r.

its not going to go on dvd-r so you need to dump it on your hd, i didnt need to to anything special to get it working, dump it in your f folder (assuming you got a bigger hd) and it should boot

Have you played the game through and noticed any changes i.e. FMV removed, BGM downsampled or is it just the foreign languages that have been removed.

Thanks Dude

to be honnest i've only had it 2 days and played 5 miniutes of it because i'm realy busy at work at the moment.
when i'm not so busy at work i'll check it through better and post the results. game play looks fine and the sound quality is ok too so i'm not sure what was done to it to downsize it.
