the file using...I think SafeDisc 2.5, 2.6 so you can use an unwarper made by bOOls eYe....

Or just try again. It's very rare for GCW to be unaccessible, and even rarer (in my experience) for all file mirrors to be down. Remember to disable download accelerators like Getright and Go!zilla before you try to download the file.
