psxcopy 6.2

I can`t seem to get a copy of a dc backup wether it is a selfbotable or not. the programs i use are cd dreator 4, cdrwin and psx copy 6.2 but the last one doesn`t recognize my philips cd writer.
Could anyone please help me out of this f... i read all the post of this forum and tried everything to burn the cds but without any success.
please tell me how to make the psxcopy recognize my cdwriter or tell me another way to burn with the nero or any other program to make this work.!!!
