Ripping Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution

I've got Kalisto's release of VF4E and I'm trying to trim it down to under 650MB. Anyone know how to get into the archives (CVMs I think) and what format the sound/music and movies are? I was thinking of downsampling the movies further and maybe bringing the sounds/music down to 22050hz if necessary.

Thanks in advance.

Alright, let me rephrase it. Are there any utilities available that can extract files from CVM archives? If so, does anyone know where I could find them?
