whats the best cd burner for s/b dc games

i can copy a sb game with diskjuggler 2 and even psx copy everything apears fine when i view the contents in windows,but my dreamcast wont boot the game instead it opens it up in the music player ,i have tried everything so now i want to buy a new cd burner so does anyone know of a good recorder that gives no problems at all?
