Does anyone know how to make custom music on a DC game?

A while back ago, I saw a combo video of Marvel VS Capcom 2, and it had custom music. I saw Juggeraut getting beat while "Beat it " was playing. That was cool! (and yes, I know what I am talking about because I have heard that you can do it with Playstation games) I was just wondering if anyone knows how to do it.
