1) What game are you trying to burn?
2) If it's 490Mb then it's small enough to fit onto a Cdrw. If it is it's best to put it on a DVD-R with dummy files.
3) What media are using. Use decent branded DVD-R media i.e. (Ritek), basically use media that have a dark purple write surface for best results.

It could also be a bad rip, try ripping the game again.

Plz give more infomation regarding your problem so that we can provide more help.

1) game is capcom vs snk2
2)i am burning it in a pioner DVD-rw
i have used it several times with a lot of games
so itīs not the media
3) ítīs not a rip is a full game.. and i have alreday burned it as a iso

so i think is the record max 4.50
i think something is going wrong..
when a game is in a size of a cd -r
even if i burn it on a dvd
the record max uses the record settings of cd r burning?

i can't see that being your problem i have 7 games ranging from 620 mb to 750 mb. i have burned all of them using dvd-r discs and the data burn method all are perfect. i also created a multi game disc using 4 of these games still with no problems at all.

Right, if it's an origianl game that your copying FTP to your Xbox via FlashFXP or any other FTP program of your choice. Extract all the data to a folder to the HD. Once done make a folder in the folder where you extracted all the game data to , name it Dummy and make a dummy file lets say 1000Mb and add that to the Dummy folder. Then follow the Data Burn tutorial using a DVD-R disc. Also, make sure that the settings are Mode1, DAO Closed, UDF with Joilet -Up to 106 in length, any char., plus joilet, plus 8+3 tree (bridge).

P.s I use the Dreamcast dummy file creator, which is found at megagames.com.
