Is This Right ???

I just purchased a burner and Nero version 5.5.9.2 was included with it. The thing is. The Nero is express only. I have buddies at work that say there is a Nero burning software that more in-depth a greater tool for burning processes. Am I correct in assuming that the retail version of Nero that I received in my software bundle is a limited version? GRRRR WTF. The burner I purchased is an Asus CDRW-5224A. Searched the disk and there is a Nero-Burning Rom msi. file on it and it look good says I need to unload old version first ok Np. Well then I unload it and bam set up file won’t work. After rebooting nothing. Any input would be appreciated Thanks.

G'day Zefro,

So your aware..... GCW Forums is here to assist you with making a backup off original games you own.

Your question is somewhat "Off Topic"...... keep that in mind.....however since you've already posted..... are you absolutely certain that it is only "Nero Express". As far as I knew Nero Express & Nero are both in the 1 program.....

When you start Nero Express....look towards the bottom left corner....Do you see a question mark (?) then "NERO" button next to it........ If so click "NERO" & whallaaaa.... thats the full NERO....... If not......& your upset that you only have Nero Express
which IMHO is excellent...then Bugger...you'll have to live with that...or approach NERO Directly & discuss this with them.....

Alternatively, Clone CD, Alcohol 120, BlindWrite are the regular burning programs youll read on this forum & worth you taking a gander at them & your hard earned bucks if you purchase them......

Thanks for the reply. I get a banner pop up with a link to Nero when I hit that button. I'll take you're advice and research Nero admins about it. Was wondering if this is a common event with the purchase of a burner need to have something to work with. Trying not to work with other types of software if possible trying to keep it straightforward and direct.
