I have a problem with the Shadow of Memories original CD!!!

Hi guys!!! I have the original Shadow of Memories CD. After installing this game I will start this game and it tells me that i haven't got a disc in my CD-Rom.. I have tried to burn this one and try from the burned cd and it tells me that i have a wrong cd in my cd-rom!!! Please help. What can i do to "Crack" this game or something else???

Sounds like a hardware problem that the software manufacturer needs to address.
