can anyone tell me how to make a backup of 'mega memory 16' cd as my nephew has had 3 sat on and broken by young brothers and its getting expensive, these must be used with the memory card so this is an honest backup

I imagine that software such as CloneCD is able to create 1:1 backup of this CD.

i've tried 2 versions of this clonecd but both just lockup, on 2 pc's to boot!!!!

Try blindwrite suite from VSO. That doesn't seem to be fussy about what it copies. Could also try CDRWin. I think 3.9d is latest and a demo version available HERE.
