help on backing up my ps2 games

i need to know what to use when backing up ps2 games i use to use primo but it tells me no compatiable drivers in computer and when i proced anyways after a while of reading it it tells me px engine error(command:28sense:03ASC:05) READING FROM THE DISC. CAN someone help please?
