encoding with TMPGEnc

I'm kind of new to this and I would like to kknow how to use this encoder. I used smart ripper to rip the Dvd, and I was using TMPGEnc to encode but I didn't know where to find the audio for the clip I was using to test TMPGEnc. The mpeg came out fine but there was no Audio. What file do I plug into TMPGEnc from Smartripper to get the audio? Any help would be appreciated.

DVD2AVI

Hi there,

If you use Dvd2avi first on the newly copied vobs to your hdd, then click on "save project" it will create the needed .ac3 audio file which using an authoring program later on will go together with the video file.

Hope this helps
