Boot Disk, PLEASE HELP!

HI im having trouble creating a boot disk that works. I have tried burning with CDCLONE and NERO + i think iv also used WINONCD. The problem is that once ive put the boot in the DC, i turn it on and then the loaing screen with the option to play cd,s memory card and other stuff.

Am i using it wrong or is it to do with burning it?
