I need help with PAL2NTSC patch !!

Hi everyone, i made 2 PAL2NTSC patch ( for FF7 and BOF 3 ) using the "Idiots Guide to NTSC to PAL PPF's" and both patch have a prob with the Y-Pos of the screen ( the screen is too low, approx 1/3 is out of the tv screen ). Anyone know where does it come from and how to solve it ?
