Hitman 2 + Clonecd

i have a mirai cd writer. i am using clone cd 4. I set clonecd according to its help and your guide and I read and burnt at low speeds.

when i run the cd copy it half installs and then the disc skips continually. My question is that am i missing something important in the settings or is there an issue when copying hitman 2 this way.
Thanks

Hitman2 is protected with *New Securom New 4.8x*.
There is no CD-burner available to make a perfect 1:1 backup.

You can copy all files from cd to harddisc and burn them using nero and then try one of the available cracks.

or

You can try to make a "only-on-your-PC-working"-backup with the BlindWrite/BWA method. Search the forum for this.

@ acorn, If its just a case that you want to play without inserting the disk you could allways read the original disk with clonecd or something and use damon tools to mount the image and play from there. Its just a sugestion . But if your having trouble backing it up then mabey its your best option. Keeps disk safe

Is this perhaps a feature of the 1.02 patch to stop people with pirate copies playing online?
