Unhappy PS2divx doesnt work

www.ps2divx.com I tried this method but I get black screen
------------------
drag test.avi
drag MPLAYER.ELF
drag CDVD.IRX
drag SYSTEM
Create CD -> test.iso

Load up Nero -> burn image -> test.iso -> successfuly burned @ 12x
------------------

Load up PS2, the part where black background and white PS2 didn't fully show up... then it goes on, the CD loads and that's all, I tried pressing everything, nothing happens... I read the DISC on PC, all files are there

PS2 -> mod-chipped. I can play every DVD disc, and games

what's wrong?

Okay, Burning the bin and cue files don't work for me either. All that I do is put the files in the iso compilation and hit burn. The files are MPLAYER.ELF, CDVD.IRX, SYSTEM and the avi movie file. The movie can be in a directory if you want. As far as the settings for nero this is what I use.
File/Directory name length: ISO Level 2 (Max 31 characters)
Format: Mode 2/ XA
Character Set: ISO 9660
Also Joliet checked. I have got this to successfully work on cd-r's but not DVD'RS. Hope this helps.
THANKS DUDE, IT WORKS

Ive just tried this and it worked fine with rush hour 2 on a cd-r.

When u have a movie that spans two discs, is it possible to join the two parts them and use a dvd-r? Also can i put more than one divx movie on a dvd-r?
