Nerovison Express

I have an ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500DV capture card. It does mpeg2 captures which is great! The problem I have is that Nerovision express seems to have a default 650 meg cdr space limit. My ati capture software will divide files at 650 megs which should be fine and dandy. BUT nero adds overhead to the burning process for SVCD's which takes it over 650. All should still be fine because I'm writing to 700 meg cdr's but I can't find where you can change the default 650m to 700m or larger.
I thought maybe someone here may have run across this problem or have an idea.
