Ntscconv
I used the fromt end version of ntscconv to make 2 pal .bin and .cue format games ntsc
i buned them both with cdrwin v5.01.012 they dont work they are recognised as cd format but never boot up to say playstation 2 either the screen goes black and sits or it just keeps going back to the browser I have a magic 3 professionally installed

CdrWin 5 is garbage. It isn't even made by the Cdrwin people(goldenhawk technology) Use a real version. http://www.goldenhawk.com/
