Pioneer A05 PS2 and Xbox

Can someone please give me advice on this dvdr drive, I need it for backing up PS2 and Xbox games mostly PS2, is this drive one of the best ones??

I am using the Pioneer DVR-105 and have sucsessfully backed up
PS2 and XBOX games, I think it depends more on what media
You use.

The good stuff like Ritek, Verbatim, Traxdata, TDK, etc.
