Angry non gta3 exe patcher?

does anyone know where i can find one? or a way to clear up all the unreadable infomation?

The unreadable sectors on the CD are part of the copy protection.
To get a working backup, you can take the official update to version 1.1 . The developer of GTA3 forgot to implement the Safedisc-Protection !!! The only file the update change is the GTA3.EXE.

- copy all files and directory from cd to a folder on your harddisk
- create a folder "Crack" and put the update 1.1 in it
- burn back using the same CD-Label

Actually ....they purposely deleted the safe disc protection due to many issues with Audio, which the 1.1 patch addressed so users could copy the Audio file from CD2 to their harddrive.

However the CD check was still active.........
