cue sheets (clonecd) ?

i noticed before i make my image on my hardrive it asks if i want use a cue sheet, what r these do i need it ticked?

Create CUE sheets if you intend burning the images to CD with a different program like NERO, CDRWin. Otherwise, not necessary.
