Hi everyone, sorry if this questions been asked b4

I have an Artec 4848, I'm trying to copy CD+G disk, both CloneCD & Nero say the drive will copy this format but I can't get it to work

Does anyone know if this drive will work, are the features reported back by CloneCD accurate?
