On the Audio Cd under the compact disc digital audio logo it says S.G.A.E which one is this and can I copy it and if so what with?

Copy it and listen to the disc, if it isnt like the original then
you know u cant copy it.

Correction:
You can copy a protected audio CD, you just need the right
software. I use Clone CD (Though not compatible with all burners, as i forgot to mention in an earlier post), together with ClonyXLFinal ...
