i just buy a new cdwriter (liteon) 48/24/48
and now nero detected my new cdwriter like a virtual cdwriter so when i try to write anything it makes a image on my hd instead of writing a cd

ok but when i do that i only see the virtual recorder

Goto www.nero.com and download the latest version.

I have the same problem as drac. Nero does not recognize my burner as being installed even though Windows does.

the solution man is update your nero thats all
once i updated it nero detected my burner
