Anyone know how to deal with the CD-Cops protection?

I'm having a little problem with this protection, since I really wonna have backup of my game. Any one know how to deal with it?

cd cops as far as i know is a real bitch to backup. I haven't encountered it personally so i can't say, but i know the chances of you doing it are not very high.
