Hi - now i was just on a website a couple days ago and i saw a message pop-up on c-net.com saying that there is a program that lets you burn mp3s right on a disk and they will play in any cd player without converting them....allowing to put like a 100 tracks on one cd that will play in a standard cd player....so i went back a couple days later and now i cant find that program.... anyone please tell me...is there really a program out there like this...and if so....where can i get it???

I doubt it - it's up the cd player to be able to read the mp3s. Most cannot read mp3's and that's just about it really, although you can buy cd-player that are capable of this.
