Fifa 2003 No cd crack & Creation Centre???

I have been trying many way of finding out why I get the black screen with the hour glass icon comes up when I start Fifa 2003, and I found that it was when I installed the Creation Centre the problem started. I'm running on Windows 98 if thats any help. I looked at the other posts about this subject and I noticed I'm not the only one with this problem.
I hope I've been of some help to u crackers.

Are u asking why u get this problem or how u fix it? When the glass appears just press enter. I sometimes get this and I dont use the NoCD crack I use a Fixed Exe.

I have the same problem and have been trying to solve it ever since. But, I came across something... I think there's something wrong in the game itself or with the game in combination with Windows '98. I downloaded the demo yesterday and had the same problem:

Black screen showing up in 640 x 400 (I think), with an hourglass on it. Pressing enter/space/escape doesn't work, computer crashes and has to be reset, ctrl+alt+delete doesn't work.

So I think I'm not going to buy it either as there's most likely something wrong in the game or when it's running on Windows '98.

I'm running Win98SE. Pressing Enter appears to fix the problem for me.
Most of EA's recent releases have been messed up. Especially the EA Sports range.

I can play the game fine without the creation centre, but when I add it, I get the hour glass screen at start up and when I'm in the game and waiting to play, the 12 player icons appear, and it just stays on that page, with the 12th icon flashing.

Rsc2001 I have that crack, but it gives me a black screen with an hourglass, and it won't go away.

I press enter at anytime on the black screen.

I now know what was causing my problem. My firewall software.
