what is happening???

Im trying to back up my snow white dvd and it just isn't working....I rip it with smartripper and then play the movie to check that it's all there which it is, i then import it into spruce up but it only takes in about 89% of the movie even though it says that it has done it 100%! ive tried everything any ideas anyone???

do you use file system FAT32???? right click on your c drive and check will ya..???

It's NTFS,
and I,ve tried Maestro DVD and it only recognises 103 minutes of film,maybe you could have a go yourself and let me know how you solved it....

how long is the film and are you making a title set or a DISK IMAGE ????

it's 120 minutes in length and i do all moves in title set but this is irrelavent as it only IMPORTS 103 MINUTES of the movie but shows it as 120 minutes in length!!

well m8 im just lost on this one.
dont know what to tell you.
it must be corrupt somewere.
try to ripp it with the new dvd decriptor
it also has its own burning tool too. try it
