its a pain up the ass to get it right but its easy when u know how.
first u need to make your vcd mpg or d2v file and change the audeo to 48 mhz with tmpeg, then you need to patch it wit dvd patcher to fool the authering tool that it is a dvd and not a vcd.
easy.....NOT. just follow the tutorial word 4 word like i did and you will be fine

thanks what tutorial do you use? the one on vcdhelp? do you use nero to burn the dvd or spruce up thats what confuses me. Do you have to reencode everything to 48khz for it to work or no?

just rencode the audeo to 48.
i used the vcdhelp one yes.
if u use spruceup to make the image you will need prassi to make the dvd. as nero wont see it.
if you copy it to a title set then use nero to burn.
select dvd video and find the select new and copy file's to the new video-ts folder nero is showing to you. hope this is helpfull

first u must make your 2 files
your m2v or d2v or mpg
and your audeo
then patch the video file to a dvd format.
then load them into spruce up and give it a menu and stuff then you create an image or a tittle set to burn onto a dvd-r.

i use dup-dvd to make my vcd-svcd's . and i make 1 big file which i just put straight into spruce after converting the audeo.

is dup-dvd the patch where do you get the patch from. Do you just combine the patch in the same folder as the files? This sounds so confusing hopefully ill get it rite, how long it take you to figure it out?

no m8 dup is a program that makes a vcd in 1 click of a button.
u just put your dvd into your drive click go and next morning you have a vcd....to patch your vcd file just follow the vcdhelp tutorial and it has all the links to the software u need. it took me a long time to get it all together and you will have to do the same. soffy dude but perfection takes time. hope u got a lot of it.. ;-)
