Backup for Diablo 2 CD???

I tried to backup my Diablo 2 Playdisc several times and I failed. So, does anyone suceeded in making a backup version of the disc??? I tried using CloneCD with Clony, Nero Burning Application and yet I still fail. Could anyone teach me how to make it possible???

My CD writer is a Matshita CD-RW CW 7586. I heard the disc was protected by SecuRom V2. So could anyone kindly give some advice before my orginal CD is ruin???
