CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME IF THERE IS A WAY TO CHANGE SVCD
TO VCD OR THE OTHER WAY AROUND AND WHAT PROGRAMMES DO I NEED IF ITS TMPGENC I HAVE THAT BUT HOW DO I DO IT?
