Cannot format a CDRW disc using InCD

I cannot format a CDRW disc using Nero's InCO software.
The format will stop around 1/8 of the overall progress and return the following error message:

Error Code
[0052-0005-0024-0000]

Details
Illegal Request error occurred
Reboot your system or drive and try again.
Insert a new disc.

I have no idea why or how this is happening, since burning on to an ordinary CDR works perfectly fine. Please help!

The version of InCD is 2.32.0
The CD Writer is a Creative 8432
The CDRW Disc is a princo 80min/700mb
