recording software
Whats a good program that will connect to my video card or connect to my tv tuner card and will allow me to record to vcr? also anybody know whats the best tv tuner out rite now thats external usb? is usb better then pci tv tuner anybody know?

Generally the software comes out the Movie/T.V Capture cards..
It all varies..
