OPF Resistance: Bad Serial Message

I've installed OPF Resistance over the original OPF v1.0
When I was installing, I've been prompted to introduce a serial number.
I did: <deleted>
It seemed to be ok.
After installing the game, I replaced the original EXE with the NO CD patch for OPF RESISTANCE.
But when I try to run the game, after showing the CODEMASTER logo, the game takes me out and an annoying window appears saying: BAD SERIAL NUMBER GIVEN DURING SETUP.

Can anyone help me?
