Help - Win aspi trouble in Nero and Disc Juggler 3

I am using a Plextor 12/10/32 with an IWill SCSI card under Windows ME. When I install Nero 5 and Disc Juggler 3 I am getting error messages (Dusc Juggler is a PFC.DLL I believe and Nero is a Win aspi error). I never used to get these messages, it only started when I recently installed a 40 gig HD and had to re-install all my software. Please help, it's getting really depressing. Thanks in advance for anyone kind enough to help....

did you do a fresh installation? or did you transfer stuff from the old hard drive? If the latter, then it is probably a registry conflict, in which case I recommend reformatting and reinstalling windows, run a defrag after you install each application. Otherwise, run windows update. You might try running ASPI32.EXE, which you can download from roxio.com (adaptec site). 8-)
