perfect copy.msi ....... WHAT THE HECK?

ive just downloaded a version of perfect copy (for CloneCD, very cool program) but when i unzipped it all that was there was "perfect copy.msi"

what, exactly, do i do with this file? Im relatively new to the burning scene and need to get into it cause im gonna be living in 2 houses pretty soon...
