Burning .bin file

I'm trying to burn this *.bin file with the cue sheet using CDRWIN (this is my 1st time using the program).. I followed the steps & instructions I found on the net using that program, BUT when the burning process is over (the program says burned sucessfully), I realised that nothing is written on my blank cd.. I've tried many times and still the same result. My burner is Ricoh 7040A.

Any help would be greatly appreciated )

Thanks !!

this only happens usually when you use a dodgy serial number
