HELP!!

ok..this isnt really the right place to post this but i will n e way. i have win 98 and a hp8200i. after i have installed ez cd creater 5 when windows is booting up a blue screen appears and says:
the 32 bit device driver CDRPWD(01) + 0000AD23 has attempted to use a system service which is not loaded. and then press n e key to continue and when i press enter i have 2 press it about 5 times b4 it goes away. plez help!!!
