I'm just in here listening to the new Counting Crows Single - American Girls ( I hope you like it guys, is awesome) when I saw in www.chine-messiah.com that the new messiah chip for all NTSC Version will be avaliable in mid-May.... is it correct? or is in JUly?

That's Estimate Date! It doesn't mean it will but only time will tell!
Also for your other question you can get the Messiah Since your machine meets Messiah's Requirement..
