Aquanox

Plz can someone help me as i'm having problems getting any aquanox no-cd patch to work, I install the game then try and apply the 1.xx to 1.15_eng patch where it says "old file not found cannnot patch" so i tried the 1.15 to 1.17_eng patch and said exactly the same. When i put the original cd in and booted the game it looks like version 1.18 and the game executable is called AQUA_JWD.EXE whereas all the no-cd patches are for AQUA.EXE (ive tried renaming them). Is there a a no-cd patch out yet or is it a case of waiting for an updated one?
