Return to Castle Wolfenstein Uncensor Fix Problems

Has anyone got this to work? I followed the readme.txt included with the file and used the .exe provided with the file and I get this error:

---Finished R_Init---
Recursive error after: Bad UI system trap: 49

Seems like a badly coded .exe to me. If anyone has gotten this to work and knows what the problem or knows what I'm doing wrong then please let me know. I would really like to see what this "uncensored" fix is all about.
